We collect only the information that is necessary to review and follow up on your enquiry. We do not request sensitive personal data, and the website is not intended for children under the age of sixteen.

We process your data to respond to requests for information, prepare a quotation or proposal, manage client relationships and project follow-up, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and measure website traffic so that we can improve its content.
This processing is based on your consent when you submit the form, performance of a contract with our clients, and the agency’s legitimate interest in ensuring the proper operation and security of its website. We do not use automated decision-making or advertising profiling.

Edge Agency applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, access restricted to authorised personnel, stronger account authentication, regular backups and system updates.
Because no system can guarantee absolute security, the agency undertakes to inform you without undue delay if an incident affects your personal data.
Some technical providers may host or process data outside Tunisia. These transfers are limited to what is necessary for the operation of the website and email services and are governed by Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004, under which transfers abroad require authorisation from the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with Tunisia’s National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) in Tunis. Visitors who live in the European Union may also exercise the rights provided under the General Data Protection Regulation.
